Camera-Ready Paper Submission

Following the official notification of acceptance, authors of accepted papers are required to submit their final, camera-ready manuscripts through the Ex Ordo paper management system.

To ensure your paper is included in the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, you must complete the final submission workflow in Ex Ordo by 13 May 2026.

Required Steps for Completion

Please log in to your Ex Ordo Dashboard and locate the ‘My Final Submissions‘ card to complete the following:

1. Validate with IEEE PDF eXpress: Before uploading, your final manuscript must be checked for IEEExplore compliance. The paper management system will reject the files which are not checked by the IEEE PDF eXpress.
2. Upload Final Manuscript: Upload your corrected, camera-ready PDF file. As you prepare the camera-ready paper, please ensure you incorporate the recommendations from the reviewers and chairs, which you can find by logging into your IEEE ICIP 2026 dashboard. Ensure your final manuscript is formatted correctly according to the IEEE ICIP 2026 Author Kit.
3. Complete IEEE Copyright (eCF): Within the final submission workflow, you will reach a step that requires you to transfer copyright. Click the button to initiate the copyright transfer process. This will redirect you to the IEEE system to complete the eCF. Once finished, you will be automatically redirected back to Ex Ordo to finalise your submission.
4. Upload new updated Supplemental Materials if you wish.
5. Confirmation: You will receive an automated email receipt 15 minutes after you successfully complete the entire workflow.
